FEAR, FEAR WHERE ARE YOU?
Physical, internal, and external fears, conflicts, turmoil, confusions, stress, strain, frustrations, are nothing else, but emotional, mental, intellectual, and psychological blocks generally developed in your childhood. Generally speaking, most of the times, the so called ‘fears’ transmitted from elder to younger generation.
Yes the tender age of your childhood an age when you were entirely dependent on elders. Yes, those elders too in turn had grown in the similar situations in their childhood.
There is only one antidote for any type of fear, that antidote is to mount on them and ride on further, meanwhile developing insight, cultivating courage and self-confidence on your way.
In a way even, that fear is one of the essential aspects of life. Fear helps you to survive, grow, and mature in life. You cannot live to tell the tale of your life if there is no fear in you. As plain as the nose on your face, no one ever can be fearless from tip to toe, only unborn and dead are out and out fearless. Therefore, courageous are those who neither permit fears to take possession of them nor overwhelmed by them.
The courageous ones never submit to the influences of terror, fears, horrors, panics, and shocks they simply crush them into small fragments by their sheer strength of will power by analyzing, examining, and inquiring the reasons, causations, origins, and sources of their fears.
Remember, there is no fear that lasts long enough to become a life long fear. All fears are momentary, transitory, short-lived, fleeting, and temporary by nature, because they are your own self-projections and nothing else. Whenever gripped by any kind of fear just contemplate on it before showing any immediate improper reaction, just do not over react, that is it.
The presence of fear is the indication of your alertness; wakefulness, aliveness, and your readiness to take control of that particular fearful situation, all that is essential is just to take control. Just take that bully by horns and mount over, that is it. The brave ones conquer fears. Fears frighten only cowards.
Fear breeds more fear, since ancient times fear has been widely used as an effective tool to frighten, to disorient, to victimize, and to destroy the self-confidence and self-esteem of the common people.
Fear, if misunderstood may further lead towards depression, apathy, aggressiveness, loss of interest in life, and even physical breakdown, mental breakdown, emotional breakdown, nervous breakdown and total breakdown.
The variety, diversity, multiplicity, competition, and struggle for survival, is the necessity for the evolutional cycle and for the continuance of life on this planet. It is but natural, and then one is enveloped by the aforementioned tenfold fears of everyday life.
Fear of the unpredictable future and hopelessness. Fear of disappointment, defeat, and failure. Fear of poverty, bankruptcy, and loss of income. Fear of disappointment, rejection, loss of faith and love, of near and dear ones, fear of aging, being useless, outdated, and outcast and misunderstood by the world. Fear of being unworthy, dishonor, and disgrace. Fear of the sickness, disability, and loss of physical strength. Fear of solitude, madness, abyss, and darkness. Fear of physical pain and death. Fear of the evil.
The self-expose to the inevitable vicissitudes of life, to the basic-needs and to tenfold fear plays an important part in the development of the impeccable and immaculate personalities out of mediocre race. The self-expose to the inevitable difficulties of life also is a miraculous hidden wisdom of Nature that creates the wonderful and equally complex personalities and life forms on this planet.
